James Ngai, Managing Director
James, a certified public accountant of Hong Kong and the US, has more than 30 years of professional experience in China, Hong Kong and the US. He began his professional career with an international accounting firm in Hong Kong in 1987. James had also worked in Toronto, Canada focusing on US-Canada cross-border transactions and taxation. He now heads our assurance and China practices and was elected as Director of Russell Bedford International overseeing the Asia Pacific Region from 2012-2021.
Fion Ho, Director Accounting
Fion, a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in accounting and business advisory, currently heads our accounting division advising clients on payroll and accounting matters. She has extensive experience in SMEs and start-ups and has been assisting clients to set up accounting and payroll systems.
Kit-man Ho, Director Assurance
Kit-man has over 25 years of professional experiences in auditing and assurance. She started her career with an international accounting firm in 1994 and joined the quality assurance division of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2003. Kit-man has significant exposure and knowledge on audit and assurance works for local and multinational companies as well as non-profit organisations.
Daphne Ng, Director Tax (United States and Hong Kong)
Daphne has more than 15 years of experience and is an expert in U.S. expatriate and corporate taxation. Before joining Russell Bedford Hong Kong, she worked for a Big Four accounting firm in both the United States and Hong Kong, specializing in U.S. expatriate and corporate tax.
Erica Xiong, Director Tax (PRC , Hong Kong & Regional)
Erica has over 15 years of experience in providing Hong Kong and regional tax advisory and compliance services to multinational organisations from a wide range of industries. She is experienced in advising on tax-efficiency structuring, cross-border transactions, pre-IPO tax planning, tax due diligence as well as representing clients in handling tax field audits and investigation cases.

Mont is a seasoned accounting professional with over 15 years of expertise in auditing and assurance services. Throughout her career, she has successfully partnered with both MNCs and SMEs, delivering tailored audit solutions that meet diverse business needs.
